We were JUST notified that there is yet ANOTHER "industry-wide" price increase coming for ALL HVAC equipment and supplies coming January 1st. This will include Water Heaters, Furnaces, Air Conditioners, and even includes all repair, replacement, and installation supplies. Rumor has it, we will see another 10%-12% on ALL supplies and equipment across the board, and from ALL suppliers and manufacturers. They are calling it another "Emergency Price Increase".
So here’s our late-night TV infomercial pitch… “Don’t WAIT. Call NOW.” We’ll even give you $300 OFF if you schedule your install in December. BUT WAIT, THERE’S MORE! There are a ton of REBATES available from ComEd, Nicor, AND manufacturer rebates on select high-efficiency equipment that will make your home “SMARTER, HEALTHIER, and MORE EFFICIENT.”
“So don’t wait. Call now!” These offer’s won’t last long. The sale prices and rebates WILL expire.
We have customers who have been telling us that they want to wait until next year. While that may sound responsible, they will pay significantly MORE for their Furnace and A/C install. On average, maybe $1000 more. Plus, losing the available rebates, they may lose another $800 on high-efficient equipment.
We know this is bad timing… but WAITING is a bad idea, and NOT fiscally responsible.
