" It was warranty work on the weekend. The owner came himself to troubleshoot and arranged for a temporary fix until they could secure new parts Monday morning. We had heat restored the morning we called. All Harmonic personnel are professional and there when they say. Would definitely use them again."

"Luz who answers the phone and schedules the service and Jeremy, who is one of the technicians
are the most straightforward and polite people in the service. They tell you the truth, don't try to sugar-coat things and seem to be honest and trustworthy individuals. I've been looking for a company who still presents these traits, and believe me, this is the company. They were quick, I had a furnace not heating properly on a very chilly day. They were here in time as promised , very knowledgeable , didn't mind explaining the problem, reasonable and friendly . I believe in the future they wil be my first call as this is what most of us are looking for, someone you can believe and trust. Thank you!!
