"We needed to replace our 19 year old a/c unit. Nate came out and was very polite, professional and knowledgeable. He explained our options and made a recommendation. The price seemed reasonable so we agreed. On the day of installation, Brandon and Brandon were very thorough explaining what they were doing, they cleaned up the job site well and Brandon was very patient when showing me how to use the new thermostat. Nate mentioned all of the other services Harmonic provides and now we are scheduling handyman services. I would highly recommend your company! "

"I called on Thursday and appointment was scheduled quickly on Friday. Harmonic office kept us well informed on tech's arrival time. Tech Daniel arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem and showed us exactly what the problem was. Daniel was extremely good and got the job done quickly.
