"Everything about this sometimes difficult change-over to a new furnace was professional. Jeremy explained the options and his opinion on what would do the job. Harmonic agreed to perform the work right after the holidays. Nate & Brandon showed up on time and could not have been more courteous and efficient. They even spent time with me setting up the app to control the new Honeywell thermostat. A supervisor stopped by during installation. All equipment operated right out of the chute. Jeremy and Liz subsequently sent follow up emails making sure I was getting along with my new HVAC system. Total satisfaction!

" We upgraded to a new furnace and AC system from Armstrong Air. I really enjoyed working with Jeremy the owner, and he was very professional, gave good information and helped make this process super easy. We were up and running with a new furnace and AC system in less than a week, just in time for the cold weather to hit. We added a media filter, humidifier and an air cleaner, and really notice a difference in our house, especially with two dogs and a cat. I had used them in the past for maintenance issues, and if I continue to use them for my Spring/Fall maintenance, my new system warranty gets extended so easy call. I also got a quote from the Big guys, and Jeremy was more competitive for a better system; plus if I ever have any questions or issues, I know Jeremy and his team will be there. Very pleased. I would always prefer to do business with a local, smaller business than the big corporate guys. "
